I first moved to Los Angeles from New Jersey in 1994 and have lived most of the last 20+ years in the NoHo and Valley Village area. While my office is in Silver Lake, I work all over Los Angeles.

I would have to say that my biggest strength is seeing the process from the client’s viewpoint. I bought my first house before I became a real estate agent. My agents were great, and I still remember to this day their patience with me as I asked my seemingly endless questions about what was about to be one of the biggest decision of my life. I truly enjoy the satisfaction I now get by helping my clients navigate their way through a transaction. The lender my agents steered me to was not so patient with my questions and acted as if I should have known every nuance of the mortgage process. As a result, I now have a lender I work with who is great at explaining the process and making sure my buyers feel perfectly comfortable.

When I’m working with clients I treat them as if I was helping a family member buy or sell a home. I wouldn’t advise them any differently or work any harder than I would for my own parents.
